Hello! My name is Kimberly, I am a registered Nurse and Reiki Practitioner and I have a passion for healing. As someone who has experienced depression first hand I have an understanding of what it feels like to struggle mentally. When we struggle mentally we struggle physically and vice versa. Through Reiki, meditation, exercise and a passion for all things energy...I have found it possible to find the positive in life, even on the bad days.
