In 2023, sisters Alisha and Heide are 3rd Generation Duo, Biofeedback Specialists and more, with a combined 42 years of experience! Seasonal transitions often affect the body more than we realize.

Changes in pace.
Changes in light.
Different routines, schedules, and energy demands.

Even subtle shifts in season can influence how the nervous system responds, rests, and adapts.

And yet many people move through those transitions without ever pausing long enough to notice what their body may be asking for in return.

A little more recovery.

The body is always adapting to the environment it lives in.

To pace.
To stress.
To routines.
To rest.
To the patterns repeated often enough that the nervous system begins treating them as familiar.

That adaptation is not inherently good or bad.
It’s simply part of how the body works to help us function and respond over time.

But it does mean that many people stop noticing how much their system has adjusted to chronic tension, overstimulation, or constant output.

Until something begins asking for attention more clearly.

Awareness-based wellness is often about noticing those patterns earlier—
before the body has to work so hard to communicate them.

Not with fear.
Not with urgency.
