Hi!

I'm Fyreniska, born Jessica Purchase and married as Jessica Smalls.

Nearly 7 years ago I developed a 9 stage treatment protocol for myself to follow after I was diagnosed with cancer with no treatment suggestions or options from medical professionals in the system.

My 9 stage system had me cancer free and free of all signs of disease within 18 months!!! I was even able to reverse degenerative osteoarthritis that I was diagnosed with when I was 19 years old! It was one of the hardest and most incredible journeys of faith I have ever taken on in my 43 years.

As I continued over to years after healing to grow into my new habits and ways of life, I began sharing my plan with others over hot drinks. These conversations lead to incredible realizations for friends I sat with, and helped me see that what I accomplished was a beacon of hope for others.

I was sitting on my back deck just the other morning watching the sun filter through the spider webs in the trees, making them look like tinsel at Christmas time, when a significant question occurred to me....

Can other people diagnosed with cancer follow my plan and get the same rejuvenating results?

I was born to heal the world....I don't know exactly HOW to do that...and I know that the way will appear when I am clear about my purpose and vision.

My purpose: Heal the world one person at a time.
My vision: 100 and more people eliminating cancer in their body.

One thing I know for sure about people, is that we are not a one size fits all species. We all have varying pathways to our best quality of life.

This is why I have created a 12 month case study specifically for those who have been diagnosed with cancer, who want to LIVE their life, see their babies grow, see their babies get married and make them grandparents and get old slowly over a lifetime, rather than submitting to a short visit here due to a cancer diagnosis.

For me, the cancer diagnosis was the beginning of a beautiful, resilient and wonder filled life. EVERYTHING came into perspective when I chose ME, and continued to choose me everyday first.

This week...
Wow what a week ♡

Hazel has officially graduated and is headed to high school in September ♡ 1 month until 14 years old....time sure moves fast!

Eugene had their final performance for Grease as Vince Fontaine!! They did an incredible job!! I absolutely LOVED IT!!!

Graduation party happened last night (Saturday). What a fun celebration with so many school friends and family!
Hazel is headed to leadership camp very soon...many first are about to happen for my family ♡

The woman had things to do in her next life...
And I am certain she left a list...

However, she is a friend that I can say LIVED life to the fullest embodiment of who she could be.

What I wouldn't give for one more chat...

What I did about cancer.....part 8

If you have been following along, you have had glimpses of what it was like for me moving through the process of supporting myself and allowing others to support me.

I was supported by an incredible healer who supports people living with cancer to believe healing is possible. She supported me to Quantum Jump to the 9th dimensional consciousness of my bodies (there is so much more than this physical world my friends) and shared tools with me that I utilize to this day that have become part of my CORE. The Solution Matrix was one of them...I would imagine this big golden sheet that held the best solutions for all and see it descending over all aspects and people in my life for the greatest outcome.

This one tool, and this one support person, offered me the space to imagine my future as a healer participant in it....and then it came to pass.

When I was initially diagnosed I declared to the universe and everyone close to me, that by the time I got to the Cancer Clinic Follow Up appointment, there would be zero sign of disease in my body. I set to work and followed through on every action item I had. I laughed multiple times daily, I sang and drummed every day, I offered myself an amount of grace I had never witnessed before....

And when I finally got to that appointment...

They. Took. Notes.

For 45 minutes they wrote down everything I told them I did....because all my tests had come back...no more brain tumor, no more ovarian issues or swelling fallopian tubes, a healthy uterus, and generally a picture of health everywhere where previous there were signs of disease...and the thyroid tissue that was left? Clear as a bell...no nodes, and only healthy function ♡

My intention was clear and my road appeared....and I remained committed to taking one more step every moment of my journey to wellness and complete rejuvenation.

It IS possible to heal completely.
We get to befriend our bodies for it to be so.
We get to surrender control to make it so.
It may seem counter intuitive and scary......and I promise you it is worth it!

Where are you standing?

Are you standing on the sidelines?

Sometimes, this is where we get to be...and we get to be careful here. Here it gets comfortable to remain. When you have big goals, the sidelines are not an action taking space.

The sidelines are beautiful from a distance, however, there is no action happening there....all of the action is happening in the river to get somewhere.

Stuck on a rock in the middle of a churning path?

This can be both a breather or a halt. Seeing from this point can prepare you for the coming river, however we get to remember it is also separate from the flow. Exit and reentry are in my opinion the most dangerous parts of river travel.

In Flow allows everything we are looking for: The experience, the rush, the progress, and we are capable of moving with more grace and ease in general. Having paddled a fair bit in my life, I can look at this section of rapid, understanding that calm waters are nearby...that edies (calm non moving spaces) are for rest along the way and happen naturally...with a safe exit and reentry that supports future progress and provides a view.

What I did about cancer...part 7

Every circumstance we encountered individually and collectively as a family fueled our growth.

No one available for support?
We got to find creative ways to get through it.
My kids got to see me melt down because I couldn't put one foot in front of the other when it came to meal prep and delivery for them, for myself....for anyone.
For those that know me...meal prep and the ability to make delicious food from nothing was part of my core identity.

Kids have Tae Kwon Do 1 hour after school, my heavy medicine just kicked in and no one can drive them or pick them up....
Deep breaths, Purple Bubble s and Turle Time Warps were pulled from our family tool box of energetic tools. The collective focus of everyone in the vehicle helped me k ow we were protected and that we would arrive safe and on time...and that dinner that I melted down about...that would happen later...grab a snack to go kiddos!
These experiences were where the chant developed for us.
"green lights
all the way
To Tae Kwon Do"
We still sing this to this day when we want all the green lights.

The day to day operations of family life were very tricky during this time....this was long after surgery.

My experience post surgery was fantatstic. Two friends came to stay with us....I got to lay down for a whole week in my bed...and when I was up I got to hold my head with both hands. Two friends and a family member came to help with be my hands and heart for my kids and husband.

was with me for the surgery...she came to make sure I was taken care of after surgery. I was so thankful to have her there with me to take care of me. I stayed one night.

♡ came to stay with us for a few days post surgery. I still dont have much memory of those days....it was the end of June....she had kids of her own...and she drove 3+ hours to support me and her buff Denver and our kiddos.

also came to stay...she was so helpful with our kiddos and was willing to adventure with them. Some seriously funny stories were created from the experience...and she embodied a host of support from those in my women's circles with GTW.
