It is with a heavy heart that I reach out to share the difficult decision I made regarding the closure of Awakenings Spiritual Healing Center.

Over the past year, I have faced some unexpected and deeply personal challenges that have significantly impacted my ability to focus on growing the business.
While I have been actively working through this healing journey and am now moving out of this intense phase, the impact on the business has been significant. This past year, which should have been devoted to building the foundation of Awakenings, was instead spent navigating these unforeseen personal challenges. This delay has left us a year behind in our growth and has created financial difficulties that we did not anticipate or budget for.

As much as I wanted to fulfill my vision of a community healing space, it became clear that continuing and ultimately starting from scratch, was not going to be sustainable. I want to assure you that this decision was not made lightly, as it has been my dream for many years to create a gathering space for all to heal.

I thank and appreciate everyone who believed in me, assisted me and guided me along this new venture...your kindness does not go un-noticed. This has truly been an incredible experience.

I am not sure what the future holds, but for now, I will continue too send out positive energy, love and light to all!

Awakenings Sarnia is honoured to have been the host space for this amazing full day,
Raising Consciousness Retreat. Five beautiful women held space for many. With open hearts and open minds, participants dove into self discovery, mindfulness and community.

Dancing has profound benefits that go beyond physical movement.

Spiritually speaking, dance helps to activate and balance the body's energy centers (especially moving in rhythmic ways). It assists in unblocking your chakra's, releasing pent up emotions and trauma and helps to bring us back into alignment with earth's energy. Dance is an expression of joy and activates our sacral chakra which is vital to creating balance and harmony.

Dance can be a sacred practice that elevates the spirit, aligns the body and soul and opens up pathways to our truest selves.
