In our books… summer officially starts when our summer students arrive! 🎉

We’re so excited to welcome (and welcome back!) this incredible group of young people to our team this summer ☀️

All three are local students pursuing their post-secondary education, with a strong interest in pharmacy. We’re proud to give future healthcare professionals the opportunity to gain real-world experience right here in their own community.

Our summer support team:

Aidan is new to Northgate this summer! He recently graduated from Windsor and is eager to gain hands-on experience with us.

Lauren is back with us again this year! After first joining us as a high school co-op student, she quickly became a valued part of our team. She’s currently studying at Western and helping us while home for the summer!

Owen has been part of our team since last fall and will be taking on a bigger role this summer as he continues gaining experience while working toward pharmacy school.

Supporting local students and investing in future pharmacy professionals is something we care deeply about. When you choose to shop local, you’re helping businesses like ours create opportunities that stay right here in our community. 💛

We’re so grateful to have them with us this summer. Their support helps our regular team take some well-deserved time off while continuing to provide the level of care and service you know and trust from Northgate Pharmacy.

Because we’re not trying to be everything to everyone. We’re here to be really, really good at one thing: being your pharmacy.

At Northgate Pharmacy, that means shorter waits, familiar faces, and care that actually feels personal. So no, we don’t have everything. But when it comes to your health, we have exactly what you need.

We were deeply touched to receive this beautiful arrangement from the family of a long-time patient. It now sits in our pharmacy as a quiet reminder of someone we had the privilege of supporting over many years.

It’s hard to put into words what it means to be trusted with someone’s care…and to be remembered by their family in a moment like this.

We’re incredibly grateful to have been part of his support system and community, and honoured to continue looking after his family.

Moments like these remind us that what we do is about so much more than medications.
