I graduated from the Massage Therapy program at Lambton College in 2019. During that time I learned various techniques to better help with my clients treatment goals. This past May I completed the Indie Head course to help give myself a more indepth knowledge for future treatments.

I just wanted to let everyone know another type of massage treatment that I am able to provide to my clients.

Indie Head Massage
This type of treatment focuses on the head, neck, shoulders and face. Indie head massage has been known to help with conditions such as tension head aches, TMJ pain, anxiety, insomnia as well as a few others.
