Full time Reception/sales Associate
(Maternity leave contract but potential for permanent position)

Responsibilities
* Handle various administrative responsibilities for the front desk (ie billing insurance, recalling patients, entering work orders)
* Deliver an exceptional experience to all patients as you greet them either in person or over the phone
* Assisting & guiding patients with frame selection

Requirements
* Optical experience is a bonus but not required
* Use of MS Office
* Being able to multi task and work at a high pace
* Being able to work as a team and have excellent communication skills
* Must Be available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday 9-5 and every other Thursday & Saturdays 9-12 (odd Thursday 9-5)
