Happy International Yoga Day! Happy Summer Solstice!

Bhagvad Gita defines Yoga as ‘Yogah karmasu kaushalam’ which means Yoga is skill/ dexterity/ efficiency in action.

I’m feeling super grateful and inspired after wrapping up our 7-Day Spring Ayurveda Cleanse! 🙏🌸�
Over the past week, I had the honor of guiding an incredible group of women and one man :) through a gentle, yet powerful Ayurvedic reset.

From sipping Kapha balancing teas and enjoying anti-inflammatory meals, incorporating everyday routines like dry brushing, oil pulling to creating deeper mental and emotional shifts with a daily morning meditation —this cleanse wasn’t just about food, it was a journey of mind-body rejuvenation.

Everyone showed up to fullest, we have attendees from different parts of the world and different timezones, showing up as early as 4.30 am (Pacific time) for the morning sessions.

Thank you to every single person who showed up with open hearts and minds. 💚
