Something I have never done before is happening May 20th and I want you there. 🌸
For 15 years I have sat across from women doing everything right. Eating well. Moving their body. Managing their stress. Still gaining weight. Still exhausted. Still being told everything looks fine.

For those of you who know me, know that my love language is food.

Food is the first pillar of your health according to Ayurveda, so when it comes to giving healthy gifts what could be better than some delicious food.

So for this year’s Christmas gifts I picked zero preservative premium vinegars.

These are super healthy and beyond delicious. I picked 4 different varieties of balsamic vinegar- garlic dark aged, fig dark aged, pomegranate white and cranberry pear white!
