Please join us in wishing a very Happy Birthday to our amazing new Dental Assistant & Treatment Coordinator, Lindsay! 🥳✨ We are so incredibly lucky to have her on the team, and we wanted to share a few fun facts so you can get to know her better:

☀️ Perfect day off: In the sunshine outside with her kiddos.
🦉 Early bird or night owl? Early bird (mostly because she has three kids to keep up with! 😂).

Myth: “My gums bleed when I floss, so I should stop doing it.” 🛑

Reality: It actually works the opposite way! When gums bleed during flossing, it’s usually a sign that plaque and bacteria are building up, causing mild inflammation.

The best remedy? Keep flossing…gently and consistently! Within a week or two of daily flossing, your gums will build up strength, feel much healthier, and stop bleeding.
Think of it as a workout for your smile. 💪

North End Dental Centre will be closed on Monday, May 18th so our team can catch some sunshine and recharge. ☀️✨

That’s a wrap on ! 🦷✨ Our team had an incredible time in Toronto diving into the latest innovations in dentistry.
A huge thank you to Dr. Ferrera and Dr. Lefebvre for supporting our continuing education and treating us to such a memorable trip. We’re back in the office and excited to put our new knowledge to work for our patients!
