Workouts are looking different today compared to 6 months ago before having 2 total knee replacements

Good news is, things are moving in the right direction.

I know I'm weaker right now

I know I can't move as quick as I once did

I know this pain will go away

This is just a season of my life, it's not permanent

For anyone that's thinking about starting strength training right now, you need to understand where you currently are vs where you once were, vs where you want to be.

Having a plan that moves you forward safely and efficiently makes it possible

I'm grateful I get to work on myself daily.
I may not set any world records, but I'm moving forward

Most people step into the fitness world chasing weight loss or a certain look.

But here’s the truth 👉 you can’t be great if you don’t feel great.

If your “healthy” routine leaves you exhausted, moody, sore all the time, or constantly battling your own motivation… it’s not sustainable. And when something doesn’t feel good mentally or physically, consistency disappears. That’s how so many people end up stuck in the cycle of dieting, quitting, starting over, and feeling like they’ve failed.

Your body is always communicating with you.
Poor sleep, low mood, tanked libido, constant stress, nagging aches — these aren’t signs of weakness. They’re signals that something in your approach isn’t honouring your health.

Real fitness is learning when to push and when to pull back. It’s choosing movement and nutrition that support your energy, resilience, and life — not punish your body into being smaller.

✨ Shift the goal from getting smaller to getting stronger.
That mindset change is one of the biggest keys to turning “health kicks” into lifelong health.

Because exceptional health isn’t about how you look — it’s about how you live.

Do you want to be better with consistency?

One of the best ways to stay consistent is to create a routine.
If we want to make something a habit we have to do it daily.

So how can we make exercise a habit without over working the body?

We move everyday but we don’t TRAIN everyday!

When I move everyday my consistency goes through the roof!
And so does my mood, my energy, and my sleep quality!

It does not require a trip to the gym or an hour to yourself.
A short routine is easily done and super under rated!

So I train short work outs 3-5 days per week and I move for mobility 2-4 days per week.

Bouncing between walks and mobility routines on recovery days (or doing both) is a great way to feel better, clear your head and improve your overall health!

It’s not always about picking up something heavy!
