Workouts are looking different today compared to 6 months ago before having 2 total knee replacements
Good news is, things are moving in the right direction.
I know I'm weaker right now
I know I can't move as quick as I once did
I know this pain will go away
This is just a season of my life, it's not permanent
For anyone that's thinking about starting strength training right now, you need to understand where you currently are vs where you once were, vs where you want to be.
Having a plan that moves you forward safely and efficiently makes it possible
I'm grateful I get to work on myself daily.
I may not set any world records, but I'm moving forward
