At Spa Retreat, we are committed to providing the highest quality of service utilizing eco-friendly products in a green environment. We strive to offer a luxurious escape while still educating you with at-home-care options to extend the life of your treatments. Retreat Etiquette

Bookings: We recommend booking spa appointments one to two weeks in advance. For group appointments, reservations should be made two to three weeks in advance. Arrival Time: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment ensuring a prompt start time. In consideration of all guests, late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment. Health History: In order to provide the best quality spa experience, we ask that our guests complete a health assessment form. This will ensure our estheticians and registered massage therapists are aware of any medical conditions that may affect your treatments. Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel your spa appointment.
