Have you had the chance to check out our new schedule? We are excited to offer Barre class being held with the lovely !
For those of you who are not sure what Barre class is, Barre is a strength training class that consists of a series of isometric and small range movements. Resulting in a low-impact workout that targets deep muscle groups for visible results! 💪🏼
Next class is, Wednesday June 14th at 6:30am. If you are not a member and would like to participate, please arrive shortly before the class time so we can ensure you a spot in the class.
