The last Zoom Yoga of 2025 is in the books!

I have so much gratitude for this Zoom Yoga community 💐 🧘‍♀️

Meeting live, each week in our own homes, has been such an anchor in my life over the last 5, almost 6 years ⚓️

I never could have imagined we would still be meeting each Monday to move on our mats together after all this time!

Thank you to:

- the students have been here from the beginning,
- the students who have joined in along the way
- the students who flow in and out,
- this amazing practice that brings us all together!

We start our new season January 12, 2026.

Handstands are my place of mindfulness, my moment of presence in my day.

From the warm up, through the drills, the play and cool down....my mind is only here.

This practice is my pool of calm water.

Release & Relax Yoga is a once a month opportunity for anyone who needs a little bit of downtime and struggles to slow down at home.

Start your morning with us to get your movement in before meeting friends for lunch, running your errands or enjoying a sunny river stroll at Riverlanding ☀️

Strengthen & Stretch Yoga invites you to become stronger, bendier & more mindful in your daily life.

These classes are capped at 9 students. They are private, small & attentive!

🧘‍♀️ Level 1 🧘

☑️ Improve your strength & flexibility

☑️ Learn foundational yoga poses & mobility skills from the very beginning steps

☑️ Strengthen your body & mind for life’s everyday adventures

Able to get up & down off the ground on own

Are you curious about starting a new movement or fitness class?

My yoga, handstand & flexibility classes are designed to be a safe space for curiousity, growth, and self-development.

I believe movement art practices help us discover joy and play while allowing ourselves to develop strength, flexibility, creativity, and growth!

As a kid, I loved to move, yet I never had formal lessons. In my early 30s, I was inspired by my childhood love of tv gymnastics and figure skating to look into a fitness class where I could learn to be an artist athlete!

I began my own movement journey with yoga, then got brave enough to explore handstands, acroyoga, and partner acrobatics. Now, 15 years later, I am way stronger and stretchier than I ever thought possible!

We all have movement dreams. I would love to be a part of your movement journey.
