The medical planner I designed is officially live!!! You can get a paperback version on amazon. There are 3 different colors for covers (purple, blue, green) but the inside is the same. It is 5.25in x 8in perfect to through into a diaper bag purse or leave in your car! The other option is to buy from etsy. I will have the small copies on there as well but there is also a letter paper size digital file you can print and put into a binder so you can change it as needed.
