Winter brings cozy sweaters and hot cocoa, but it can also leave your eyes feeling uncomfortable! ❄️

While cold temperatures won't directly harm your vision, the dry air that comes with winter weather can definitely cause irritation.

Here's what can help: keeping indoor air moist with a humidifier, using preservative-free artificial tears when needed, and drinking plenty of water. Your eyes will thank you for the extra care during these chilly months!
