If you haven’t noticed…we abhor ice. Rest, and Nsaids are out too!

Why? Inflammation is absolutely necessary for healing. If you stop or limit it-you will impede the natural healing process of your body.

From our research, this is one of the most detrimental factors contributing to the chronic pain epidemic that we are seeing in the world today.
