Want to help your child’s mental health? Let the children play. Removing all risk and discomfort makes children unsafe, anxious and depressed.

Many parent and baby classes feel too structured with too many expectations!

🍎Babies like adults grow on love and connection, first and foremost.
🍋Without a sense of trust and safety, babies cannot reach their full potential.
🍊Babies just need us; present and connected. We all need to feel this in our relationships!

While not an official TimberNook program, Tree Babies is led by a Pediatric Occupational Therapist with training in maternal health. This caregiver and baby program will provide a safe space for caregivers to gather and connect with their baby, other carers, and nature. Each class will help caregivers and baby connect and explore in a creative, playful way. There will be plenty of time to learn, and chat in this unhurried outdoor experience.

No toddlers or older siblings in this group please. Tree Babies is for babies and caregivers only.

Did you know that the cost of this group can be covered by insurance? If you have coverage for Occupational Therapy services you can submit the cost of this caregiver support group.
