A little bit about me: I was a physician back home in Sri Lanka for over 15 years, who treated her clients with a view of holistic healing and western guidelines. I approach my treatments with a combination of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies. Thus, healing all four bodies. I utilize my medical knowledge and spiritual background with foot reflexology treatments to aid in the body’s natural healing process and bring the body back to homeostasis.

How it works:
🔹 Reflex Points: Each part of the foot is mapped to a different area of the body. For example, the toes correspond to the head, while the heel is linked to the lower back.
