I hope everyone enjoys our last 3 days of summer (tho the weather forecast says otherwise!). Here are some wonderful sound bath sessions over the equinox weekend to help you set your intentions for the new season!

Sept 21st - 2pm - Falling through the Chakras. This vocal toning meditation in the EE System at the Harmonic Healing Centre will harmonize your voice with each chakra. Beata will lead the meditation while Darren performs a sound bath.

Sept 21 - 7pm - New Moon Sound Bath. An hour of relaxation and reflection as you are guided by Crystal singing bowls, chimes and shruti.

Sept 22 - 530 - Yin Yoga Sound Bath in the sanctuary at Grace Westminster United Church. Join Darren and Jackie for a 75 minute class of gentle yin yoga with Crystal singing bowls

Sept 22nd - 730pm - Falling through Equinox Sound bath in the sanctuary at Grace Westminster United Church. Set your fall intentions during this hour long sound bath. Only 3 premium spots left!

Join Darren and Jackie for a 75 minute Fall Equinox Yin Yoga sound bath in the beautiful sanctuary at Grace Westminster United Church Start off with a 60-minute guided Yin Yoga with Jackie to help you relax and release any tension in your body and mind. Followed by a 15-minute long shavasana with Darren’s Sound Bath. Let the sound of crystal singing bowls and chimes transport you into a state of deep relaxation.

No experience is necessary.

Please bring a yoga mat and any other props such as pillows, blankets etc to make yourself comfortable during the sound bath

This 2 hour class will include an hour of vocal toning & meditation with crystal singing bowls lead by Beata and a sound bath from Darren to integrate. This class will have you singing with the chakras (Audience participation is mandatory) and entering a state of deep relaxation as you raise your vibration for Fall!

What is the Energy Enhancement System? The EESystem creates this scalar energy field using a proprietary computer system that generates a bioactive life-enhancing field consisting of color therapy, light photons, and scalar waves. Set your Fall intentions while you enjoy a sound bath in the sanctuary of the beautiful Grace-Westminster United Church. Located in the heart of Nutana, built in 1910, the sanctuary of Grace-Westminster features stunning architecture and superior acoustics which set the stage for a wonderful sound bath location! The sanctuary has a more intimate feel to it which will help you to enjoy the different vibrations and sounds from the instruments.

This hour long sound bath will include crystal singing bowls tuned to 432hz, the heart beat of the earth, to help ground you. Darren will intuitively play a song for the group based on the collective energy. You will also hear other supportive instruments such as chimes, drums, a rain stick and shruti box, all tuned to an element or chakra.

The sounds and vibrations from the song that is played will send you to a place of deep relaxation. If you have had difficulty in the past getting into a mediative state, the sound bath will help get you there at a quicker pace. You will not be verbally guided through a meditation, however Darren will send you on a journey through the various sounds, rhythms and tempo of the sound bath.

There are 2 admission options available:
$35.55 - Premium Seating, to enjoy the sound bath laying down in the open are at the front of the sanctuary
$25.55 - General seating, to enjoy the sound bath seated in the church pews.



Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the sound bath.

A new Sound Baths Experience in the EE System at the Harmonic Healing Centre!

Join us for an afternoon equinox Sound Bath and vocal cleansing of the chakras. Darren from and Beata the will collaborate on a beautiful afternoon of cleansing, clearing and release in the EE room to enter into the autumn season. Book your ionic detox footbath afterwards.

September Group Sound Baths at 8th Chakra!

New Sound Bath! Falling through the Chakras! This 2 hour sound bath in the EE System at the Harmonic Healing Centre will include an hour of vocal toning with Crystal singing bowls, followed by a 40 min sound bath! I’m so excited to be working with Beata!

On Monday the 22nd there will be a 75min yin yoga sound bath in the sanctuary at Grace Westminster United Church at 545, or just a sound bath at 730.
