About Us

Saskatoon Shines Care Home is a senior home that will be opening in September 2019, and is aimed to provide quality care for our valued residents. The home is situated at the Hampton Village, a residential area which is known as a new, quiet and safe neighbourhood.

Training and learning is our commitment. Quality service is our primary goal. We build our homes to make sure we're creating the best residential facilities for our residents.The clients of this business will be senior individuals or couples in need of residential care home service.

We have three pillars of values that is incorporated into our service.

We take continued feedback from our clients to improve our service quality: We do this through contacting family members of our clients and the clients themselves and strive to arrange specific needs and wants. Through personalized surveys and consultations, we will regularly improve our services.

We value the individual’s choices and needs: We take maximal measures to make sure the environment of our clients is safe, comfortable, and welcoming. Our regards for personal needs will be reflected in meal preferences, outing suggestions and in-home recreation activities.

We have over ten years of experience in personal care and management: Our management team is previously experienced in community health, senior care, physical mobility and mental health.

Our staff is being continuously trained: We will regularly train our staff in house with our clients conducted by senior management and require additional institutional training such as First Aid and CPR, Food Safety, Care Worker Certificate and more.
