Earlier this week we announced to all of our clients that we had made the tough decision to close the clinic down temporarily due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We want to do our best to ensure the health of our clients, their families and our staff. We have many clients who work in health care and we want to do our best to support their efforts to flatten the curve. We encourage you to do the same even though it may be difficult. Remember this is not about you, this is about everyone! Think of people’s grandparents, those who are immunocompromised, infants, ladies who are pregnant... you are not staying home for you, you are staying home for them! The government has made it law, follow it!! Stay tuned for helpful tips, stretches, foam rolling and self massage tips during this time. If anyone has any questions please feel free to contact us!
