Ladies! My friend and colleague is putting on a great mini-series about all things POP-related- check it out below!

Hello friends!
I have been working hard on something extra special, just for you. And it’s finally ready to share!

I am very excited to announce that I’ll be hosting a FREE MINI SERIES here at Mind Your POP!

When it comes to managing a diagnosis of Pelvic Organ Prolapse, there is a growing amount of information out there to help us make sense of and manage the physiology of POP.
AND yet this information can be very conflicting and confusing.
I often hear from womxn navigating this diagnosis that what they are missing are different ways to make sense of the conflicting the messages they are getting and strategies to manage the fear, grief, frustration, anger, worry, and hypervigilance that can come hand in hand with this diagnosis.

These common emotional experiences and mindset challenges can make it difficult to get back to living life.

Join us for 5 days of POP Perspectives where I will share some alternative ways of thinking about and managing POP designed to help you get back to living your life.

What you’ll get:
✓5 days of live video mini-classes where I will help you make sense of and manage your "POP Alarm"
✓ My top strategies for calming the POP Alarm
✓ A free workbook designed to guide you towards clarity in your POP recovery goals ✓ Support, encouragement and knowledge from me, Lara and your peers that get it!

Join us online October 13th, 14th, 15th, 16th and 17th, live at 12:00 PM EST (replays will be available if you can't join us live!).
I would be thrilled to support you!
