The Health Quality Council (HQC) is an independent organization committed to achieving better health and health care for people in Saskatchewan.

We support the province’s health care system by identifying what works and why, and helping build improvement capability in leaders, managers, and point-of-care staff.

We work to improve population health by partnering with other human services to address factors outside health care that have a major impact on the health status of individual and communities – such as education, housing, and employment.
