Did you know that back pain is the #1 cause of disability globally and the #3 most common reason to see a doctor?

Do you experience difficulty with your breathing during intense exercise or even during walking?

This can be caused by spine and rib joint dysfunctions!

“PEF” or Peak Expiratory Flow, Is the maximum speed at which you can exhale. If this is limited by a rib or vertebral restriction, you may experience difficulty with your breathing during exercise or in your daily life!

But Osteo can help!

A 2020 study on respiratory function found that vertebral and rib manipulation improved the participants Peak Expiratory Flow (PEF) and respiratory function!

If breathing is something you struggle with, give Osteo a try!

Experiencing ankle, knee, hip, or low back pain during lifting, or during regular daily activities like walking? If so, Osteo can help!

Working with the foot and ankle to restore mobility and function is an important area of focus for many Osteopathic Practitioners.

Studies have shown that reduced ankle mobility can lead to a change in biomechanics resulting in patella tendinopathy of the knee, and can even affect balance and increase the risk of a fall or injury.

Manipulation, along with mobility exercises can be very helpful to restore mobility and function!
