I get this a lot on my posts:
“I thought you were spiritual” … “I thought you changed.”
People really don’t understand what spirituality is.
I’m an advanced Kambo practitioner. Ceremony is my #1 priority …it keeps me grounded, aligned, and real. I show up with compassion and with my own views of how this world works. Being spiritual doesn’t mean staying silent or pretending everything’s “love and light.”
Authenticity is the most spiritual thing there is.
Online, a lot of people hide their truth behind positive-vibe masks. That’s spiritual bypassing … and most go through it. Real healing isn’t rainbows and unicorns. It’s raw. It’s messy. It forces you to face everything you avoid.
So before judging someone’s spirituality, look deeper.
Can you look yourself in the mirror and say, with 100% honesty, that you show up in full authenticity?
