Health isn’t something you “get to” when life slows down… It’s the foundation that makes everything else possible.

If your health isn’t your #1 priority, it will eventually become your biggest problem.

You can build the business.
Chase the money.
Stack the wins…

…but if your body’s run down, your mind’s foggy, and your energy’s shot .. then what are you really operating at?

I used to think I had it dialed in. I didn’t….Once I locked in nutrition, training, and recovery… everything shifted:

More energy.
Clearer thinking.
Stronger discipline.

This isn’t about perfection … it’s about being intentional as you move through day to day life.

Train your body.
Fuel it properly.
Respect recovery.

When your health is strong, everything gets easier…. But if you Ignore it… everything gets harder.

Most people say they want to heal…
but very few are willing to go through what healing actually requires … the suffering !!

Real healing isn’t soft, calm, and comfortable…it’s confronting. Sometimes it’s intense. it humbles you.

That’s why people avoid things like Kambo or Ayahuasca. Not because they don’t work… but because they demand something from you.

Instead, people lean into what feels good in the moment… breathwork here, a cold plunge there, maybe a meditation before bed.

those tools do have value. They can regulate the nervous system…But regulating isn’t the same as deep healing.

If you keep choosing comfort over challenge,
you might feel better temporarily…but the root stays untouched.

At some point, you have to ask yourself:

Do I want to feel better…
or do I want to actually be better?

Because real healing?
It usually asks you to step into the fire 🔥

So many people say they want to heal and change there ways … but truthfully, most won’t do a damn thing differently.

You don’t get a new life by thinking about it.
You don’t heal by avoiding the inner work.
And nobody is coming to save you … only YOU can save you !!!

There’s definitely help out there …real help.
But it only works if you show up and actually pour into yourself.

No effort = no change. It’s that simple.

At some point you’ve gotta stop blaming, stop waiting, stop talking….. and start doing.

Because the truth is … your life will only change when you do.

This is what health, strength, true vitality, authenticity, and deep love looks like in my world….what you don’t see in this photo… is the depth behind it.

Sarah has changed my life in more ways than I can even put into words.
Her level of wisdom when it comes to health, wellness, nutrition, mindset and healing… I’ve never ever experienced anything like it. She’s taught me so much !!

And being completely honest…It took me years to fully receive guidance from a woman. Although I could feel the intentions behind the ‘guidance’ being off, it wasn’t just about that … it was about myself, Old patterns. Old conditioning. Lack of awareness, etc

But Sarah is different, when she speaks to me…

She doesn’t speak from ego.
She doesn’t speak to be right.
She speaks from a place of deep love.
She truly cares …

And when something comes from that place… you feel the truth behind it.

98% of the time, I’m open and I receive it.
The other 2%? I can see it .. that’s just me bumping into old patterns… but every time… I break through.

The way she shows up, not just for me, but for Vienna … it’s something you can’t explain… it’s a feeling beyond words in the English language.

Its presence.
It’s consistency.
It’s real true love.

The English language also can’t explain how grateful I am for you Sarah Mony 🙏 ❤️

One of the most dangerous words people keep repeating is “can’t.”

Listen closely and you’ll hear it everywhere.

“I can’t do that.”
“I can’t handle that stress.”
“I can’t stop eating junk food.”
“I can’t wake up early.”
“I can’t change.”
“I can’t stay consistent.”

But most of the time, “can’t” isn’t the truth.

It’s fear.

Fear of discomfort.
Fear of failure.
Fear of change.
Fear of finding out what you’re actually capable of.

So the mind creates excuses that sound logical enough to keep you safe…
and stuck.

That’s the trap.

Because growth does not happen in comfort.
It happens when you face the thing you keep trying to avoid.

Most people are not stuck because they can’t.
They’re stuck because fear is driving the bus.

The truth?

You are stronger than your fear.

And one of the most powerful shifts you can make is to stop saying “I can’t”
and start saying:

“I am stronger than my fear.”

Great night in Vancouver on Friday watching Sarah’s relative Christian wrestle again …known to fans as ‘Judas Icarus’

The kid is phenomenal. Grinding, traveling all over North America, putting on great shows for wrestling fans. The main event was intense and the energy in the building was unreal. Fun times with Sarah, Vienna, Pancho, and marlene !!!

Messages like this remind me why I walk this path… and why I was willing to go through the fire to get here.

Every challenge, every lesson, every uncomfortable moment along my own journey had a purpose. It shaped me so I could now witness others reconnect with themselves, break free from old patterns, and step back into alignment with who they truly are.

Watching someone reclaim their clarity, their health, and their presence makes it all worthwhile.

Healing doesn’t just change one person … it ripples into relationships, families, and communities. Grateful to walk beside those brave enough to do the work. 🐸🙏

What an absolutely beautiful weekend in Edmonton.

Eight warriors stepped forward with immense courage and strength … arriving as strangers and leaving as friends. Witnessing the deep vulnerablity, trust, and transformation that unfolded was deeply humbling. The tribe continues to grow.

It was also incredibly meaningful for Sarah and I to step into our teaching roles, guiding a self dose training and supporting the path of a future practitioner.

Deep gratitude to Sarah and Tiffany for helping hold such a strong and sacred container. 🙏🐸
