4-Week Beginner Yoga Series
Ready to start your yoga journey? Join Jackie Lai for this welcoming, beginner-friendly 4-week series held on Friday evenings from 5:00–6:30pm — October 3rd, 10th, 17th, and 24th.
You’ll learn foundational poses, easy breathing techniques, and gentle flows to improve flexibility, strength, and balance — no experience needed.
Your $140 registration includes a one-month unlimited membership for October (starts October 1st or the date you purchase in October, and ends October 31st), so you can keep practicing between classes.
Only 10 spots are available to ensure plenty of space for questions, feedback, and individualized assistance.
