Did you know that multiple hairs can grow from a single follicle? 🤯✨
Take a close look at this image—what you see is two hairs emerging from the same follicle, and sometimes there can be even three or more!
This can happen for several reasons:
✔️ Genetics – Some people naturally have multi-hair follicles.
✔️ Frequent tweezing or waxing – Over time, trauma from repetitive hair removal can cause follicles to merge or change their structure.
✔️ Hormonal changes – Some conditions can lead to thicker, coarser hair and multiple hairs per follicle.
🔬 How does electrolysis handle this?
Because each hair must be treated individually, when we encounter multi-hair follicles, we may need to insert the probe multiple times to ensure complete destruction of the follicle. This is why electrolysis requires precision and expertise!
