Caravan Counselling Services was established in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan in 2008. Founded by Giti Caravan, a professional Psychotherapist, Counselor, Certified NLP Trainer, Certified Hypnotherapy Trainer, Executive Coach, and Author. Our company has more than 30 years experience in the field of Clinical Psychology, Educational Psychology, research and practice in the area of Mental Health. Caravan Counselling have the passion in providing professional services to people to be the one who they want to become.

Caravan Counselling provides services such as: Counselling & Psychotherapy, Hypnotherapy, Life Coaching, Training and Online Counselling.

About Giti Caravan:

I was raised in a loving and supporting family. If someone had asked me what I want to do when I grow up, I would have said that I am looking for a secret for success in life to share with lots of people. Thankfully I found this by studying psychology and psychotherapy and realized what a good dream was like by starting to live it. I view psychology as the study of magic because all of our power is within our mind. In the roller coaster of life, as I would go through ups and downs, what has always kept me going has been my background in psychology which keeps my focus on where I want to go.

At the university, I studied psychology which put me on the path of my passion and showed me my purpose. I graduated with a degree in Clinical Psychology in 1990 and worked as a University Psychologist at my hometown for a few years before moving to Canada in 1993, where I continued my education and obtained a Master’s degree in counselling and I have been in Canada and the US ever since.

I consider myself a lifelong learner and have not stopped educating myself; I have been involved in the study, research, and practice of what I have learned. I keep attending new training and have obtained tens of additional certificates in cutting-edge psychology and counselling approaches. I am glad that very early in my life I found my calling and my passion. I get an immense sense of joy and fulfillment by helping others become their best selves, which in return has made my life more meaningful.

In my practice, my goal is to perform profound and long-lasting changes in the lives of my clients. I have been able to help people overcome some seemingly difficult issues such as a stutter or extreme phobias, generally within one session. I have also been able to help those who have struggled with severe anxiety or depression for decades to recover permanently and change their lives, often within three sessions. Witnessing the positive outcomes in my clients’ lives fills me with inspiration and pride, and I always wished I could help more people create rapid results in their lives. This is one of the reasons I wrote the book “12 Key Steps to Build High Confidence”.

Giti Caravan sessions provide a life-changing experience, completely different from the reflective, slow-paced conventional therapy.

Giti has a rare combination of skills that makes her unique in Saskatchewan and beyond. She has degrees in clinical psychology and educational psychology and is certified as a counsellor and psychotherapist by the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association, a certified trainer of hypnotherapy by the American Board of Hypnotherapy and a certified trainer of NLP by the American Board of NLP, a certified medical intuitive, a life coach and a business consultant. Giti is also the author of “12 Key Steps to Build High Confidence: The Master Key to Your Power”. She has been interviewed by CTV News, CBC, Hay House Radio, CUTV News Radio, and NBR FM.

These extensive qualifications allow Giti to offer the best of two worlds, psychotherapy (to focus on the root of the problem in the past) and coaching (to focus on building an empowered future).
