We are incredibly thankful for our amazing staff at Central Haven! They go above and beyond to ensure residents have the opportunity to live full and abundant lives.

We were honoured to host our second annual Thanksgiving Donor Tea in the Saal Room this week.

This gathering gives our community a chance to say thank you and show our gratitude to donors who are making a difference in the lives of residents.

It was wonderful seeing so many people visiting and sharing stories with each-other, and donors were reminded of the powerful impact of their gifts thanks to speeches from Sherbrooke Foundation Donor Relations Manager, Joy-Ann Allin, and our CEO, Kim Schmidt.

Anna Fay Woodworth has been such a wonderful addition to our Central Haven community through her "Art with Anna" program!

She has formed meaningful friendships with residents and brought so much joy and creativity to our community through her unique art projects.

We produced this video with Anna, along with several residents and staff, to celebrate "Art with Anna." Thank you for everything you have done for Central Haven, Anna!

We have been lucky to have three amazing students at Central Haven as part of the Canada Summer Jobs initiative this summer.

Ava, Emily and Kaylee have done an outstanding job of forming relationships with Elders and bringing plenty of joy and spontaneity to our community. Today was their final day with us, and we want to wish them the best of luck as they continue their studies in the fall!

A special thank you to our Member of Parliament, Brad Redekopp MP, for his support in bringing three Canada Summer Jobs positions to Central Haven.

We will miss you, Ava, Emily and Kaylee! Don't be strangers!!

We had a great time exploring the Saskatchewan Aviation Museum and Learning Centre this week! A big thank you to the staff at the museum for their hospitality🛩️

Elders and staff had a great time at the Saskatoon Exhibition this week taking in the festivities and of course the food!

Elders and staff also had a wonderful time seeing art created by Elders as part of our Art with Anna program!

It was a perfect afternoon for our annual backyard water bash!

Elders had a great time with staff, families, children and plenty of pups! Ice cream was served in-between water balloons and water gun battles, and the event sure sparked a lot of joy in our community 😀
