Effective Monday April 4, Craven SPORT services will be transitioning to an approach we are calling 'Client-Directed Masking' in an attempt to create a path forward that is client-focused and sustainable. ** Please note that for my treatments, in certain circumstances, you may be asked to wear a mask for a duration or entirety of your treatment. **

Under this model, clients will lead the way when it comes to decisions surrounding masking, and our treating staff will follow-suit. Additional COVID-19 precautions such as facility/equipment sanitizing, physical distancing, and symptom screening will remain unchanged.

While CSS has always aired on the side of caution when it has come to COVID precautions, we also recognize the need to encourage protocols that reflect the general direction of the society we live in. We hope that the following model will pave a reasonable and realistic path forward for both clients and staff.

I ask that you please review this information prior to upcoming appointments, and welcome any questions you may have.
