We often reflect back on things we've done, or haven't done, as we go through our experiences on this earth. There are many things I wish I had done differently, shown more compassion, taken less crap - you know, life as we know it 😊
I do recognize now that I had to go through those lessons to become who I am now.
For those I may have offended along the way, I have regrets. For those I have let hurt me, I can appreciate the lesson/s learned.
It's all about learning, having experiences & becoming a better version of ourselves; growth.
So, be gentle with yourself ✌️💜

A question came to mind today - I wonder if humans would be happier if they had a shorter life span like a dog.
It's not about not appreciating life or its experiences.
Too many people around the globe are struggling, unhappy, unloved, unhomed, lonely, angry, ill. Would it be better to deal with this if we had a shorter life span in which to experience it all?
I wonder 🤔
