❄️ I’m done with this snow and cold ! I’ve been keeping warm with my wheat bag between clients lately. Gets that chill out of the bones and relaxes my neck/traps. In colder climates our bodies naturally tighten and are tense (ears up to shoulders) trying to keep our bodies warm. I often remind my clients of this as most of my clients coming in struggle with tight, stiff upper bodies and necks. I often recommend to apply heat post massage, whether that’s a warm epson salt bath, hot tub, or wheat bags ! And drink your water !😉Keep those muscles relaxed ! 😎
