WHAT IS CERTIFIED ATHELTIC THERAPY?

Therapist focus on assessment, prevention and rehabilitation of injuries. The goal of our treatment is to return you, pain-free with increased strength and mobility, back to the activities you love.

Injuries to joints, ligaments, muscles, tendons, or bones can be assessed and treated.

Modalities a Certified Athletic Therapist might use include; Cupping, muscles energy technique, laser treatment, manual release and corrective exercises.

They can even make adjustments to your current workout and help strengthen specific areas that are bothering you or not activating correctly.
