Running has always been something I’ve loved, but this weekend reminded me why it’s so powerful. 🏃‍♀️ I ran a hot fall morning 10K without training and by kilometre 7, I wanted to quit. My body was uncomfortable, my mind was saying stop… but I kept going. And crossing that finish line felt incredible.🫶🏽

Mindset is everything. Growth doesn’t happen in comfort zones it happens when you lean into the hard moments, when you push through resistance and when you prove to yourself that you are stronger than the doubt that creeps in. ✨

Whether it’s in business, wellness or life, the same lesson applies: challenges will come, but how you show up for yourself makes all the difference. No excuses. No giving up. Just resilience, consistency and growth. 🌱

Here’s to pushing past limits, showing up even when it’s hard, and unlocking our true potential. 💕

🍂✨ Embracing Change ✨🌑

This weekend has been such a powerful reminder of how important it is to pause, reconnect and realign. With the Fall Equinox and the Virgo New Moon, we’re being asked to reflect on what’s no longer serving us and to give ourselves permission to grow beyond it. 🌿

Change isn’t always easy, but it is necessary. Just like the leaves shift their colors and eventually let go, we too are allowed to release the old so we can step fully into the new. 🍁

I’m so grateful for the retreat and for the sacred space to slow down, connect with nature and remember the beauty of transition. These seasonal and lunar shifts remind us:
✨ It’s okay to change.
✨ It’s okay to outgrow.
✨ It’s okay to start again.

This is the perfect time to set intentions, cleanse your energy and call in clarity, balance and renewal. 🌑💫
