Check out these amazing souls who just completed Reiki Level 1 ✨ Truly proud of each of you for showing up and stepping into something new. Getting outside your comfort zone is part of the journey …it’s how we grow and begin to trust ourselves while learning to work with energy. 🤍

Today I taught Reiki Level 1 in James Smith Cree Nation, guiding a beautiful group through chakra work, energy protection, self-Reiki and creating boundaries that honour inner peace. ☮️

I always begin my classes with a short 9D breathwork session to help quiet the mind, ground the body and bring your focus fully into the space for learning. 🌸

Your energy is your responsibility. Protect it. Clear it. Nurture it.
Be mindful of what you allow into your space, your body and your mind.

We don’t just learn healing—we become it.
In the way we speak to ourselves, in what we tolerate, and in what we choose to release.

The more we heal ourselves, the more we change everything around us.
Our relationships shift. Our standards rise. Our peace becomes non-negotiable.

This work is powerful. This work is necessary.
And it starts within.

So grateful to walk this path. So blessed for this life. 🤍

Super grateful for the opportunity. I was definitely nervous and a bit overwhelmed but I stepped out of my comfort zone and did something my younger self wouldn’t have imagined.🥹

Grateful 🤍

I had the opportunity to travel out to George Gordon First Nation and hold a couple of 9D breathwork sessions with their health staff and community members and the response was so beautiful. Everyone was so open, present, and willing to do the work.💕

This is truly my passion. Being able to travel into communities, hold space and support others in regulating their nervous systems, releasing heavy energy, and reconnecting back to themselves is something that means so much to me. There is such a deep need for this kind of work right now safe spaces to feel, to process and to let go of what no longer serves us.🤗

Along with the breathwork, I also incorporated Reiki and energy clearing using my pendulum to help move through anything that felt stuck or heavy. It was powerful to witness the shifts that can happen when people are simply given the space and support.🧬🪬

So grateful to be able to give back in this way and do work that feels so aligned with my heart. ✨
