Thank you to everyone who joined us at the Shaping Inclusive Communities Conference! We’re grateful for each of you.

Your energy, insights, and connections made it a truly inspiring experience! Together, we built community, shared knowledge, and sparked ideas for the future. We cannot wait to see the impact you’ll make moving forward.

A few conference fun facts!

· Over 500 people attended each day!
· There were 27 tradeshow booths
· 232 questions were submitted during the panelist presentations
· 423 dozen appetizers were served on Friday evening
· Our keynote speakers traveled a total of 8068km to join us

Through a number of programs and initiatives, the Canadian Association for Supported Employment, is committed to increasing workplace inclusivity and supporting individuals experiencing disability, to make their way into the workforce.

One of those initiatives is MentorAbility. With hubs at partner organizations in every province and territory, MentorAbility works to increase employer knowledge of the benefits of supported employment, and offer short-term career exploration mentorships for job seekers, experiencing disability.

MentorAbility Saskatchewan has co-ordinators in Regina and Saskatoon who travel to all corners of the province to work with employers, service organizations and job seekers. To learn more, go to: supportedemployment.ca/initiatives/mentorability.
