Since 2006, Harvard Developments has supported the Easter Seals™ Drop Zone by generously providing Hill Centre Tower II in downtown Regina. This spectacular location gives participants a safe and visually striking place to rappel - all to raise funds that send children and youth experiencing disability to Camp Easter Seal.

“Harvard Developments is proud to support Drop Zone and the impactful work of SaskAbilities and Easter Seals™ Saskatchewan. Opening our building year after year is our way of helping ensure individuals experiencing disability have the opportunities and support they deserve.” – Victoria Gabel, Property Manager, Harvard Property Management

As we celebrate 20 years of partnership in 2026, we extend our deepest thanks to Harvard Developments. Founded in Regina in 1903, the organization’s community spirit runs deep in the province, and we have been lucky enough to experience this firsthand!

Harvard Developments, thank you for your long-standing dedication to creating inclusive opportunities alongside SaskAbilities.

On December 2, 2025, members of SaskAbilities’ Board of Directors, together with staff members, were present in the Legislative Assembly as the Government of Saskatchewan officially proclaimed SaskAbilities Day—a meaningful recognition of our 75th anniversary and the work we’ve carried out together since 1950.

To the Government of Saskatchewan—thank you for this honour. To our community—thank you for your trust and belief in the work we do.

We invite you to watch and listen to this powerful moment as it unfolded in Legislative Assembly. It was a moment of pride, not only for SaskAbilities, but for every family, client, staff member, volunteer, donor, and community partner who has walked beside us on this journey.

This proclamation is more than a symbolic gesture. It’s a public affirmation of the values we hold dear: inclusion, accessibility, dignity, and opportunity for all.

Here’s to 75 years of impact—and to the future we continue to build, together.

Earlier today, members of SaskAbilities’ Board of Directors, together with members of Administrative Council, proudly gathered at the Legislative Assembly as the Government of Saskatchewan officially proclaimed December 2, 2025, as SaskAbilities Day — a special recognition of our 75th anniversary.

We are grateful for our ongoing partnership with the Government of Saskatchewan and we were honoured to be recognized in the House as part of today’s proceedings. Pictured here with The Honourable Terry Jenson, Minister of Social Services, we are reminded of the importance of collaboration in building inclusive communities across the province.

This proclamation is more than a date — it’s a meaningful acknowledgment of people experiencing disability, families, and communities who have helped shape our journey since 1950.

To everyone who has supported SaskAbilities through the years — thank you. Your belief in inclusion, accessibility, and opportunity continues to inspire us every day.

Here’s to 75 years of building communities where everyone belongs — and to the future we’re creating, together.

Capturing courage, one moment at a time!

A huge thank-you to our incredible photographers, Mike Singleton and Daniel Paquet. Mike was on the ground capturing every thrilling moment as participants made their way down the building, while Daniel was on the roof capturing those first, unforgettable seconds of each rappel.

Many participants shared how meaningful it was to have these moments preserved, proof of their bravery, determination, and the joy of pushing past their comfort zones. Your talent and dedication helped them relive these memories and share their achievements with pride.

We are deeply grateful for your support in helping make these moments last a lifetime.
