Another session of physiotherapy and coaching focused on helping busy women find a way to regularly strength training in a simple and fun way!
LIFT @ home offers you the opportunity to…
💪🏻 Enhance your physical strength and confidence with short and effective workouts from home
💪🏻 Make strength training exactly what you need it to be by finding a routine that works specifically for YOUR schedule
💪🏻 Learn the basics of how you can adjust workouts to also help them work into your busy routine
💪🏻 Create adaptable discipline so you can maintain your routine when life gets (more) busy, the summer comes, and you inevitably need a change AND need continued strength
There are 3 LIFT @ home options and ways Myranda can support you!
If all you need is a plan to follow, Solo support is perfect for you! (workouts only)
If you have symptoms or want individualized guidance to build strength training into your life, accountability of a coach, and connection to a group striving for the same goals, Solo plus or Full support is best for you (one on one physiotherapy either once or twice a month, workouts, community group).
*Insurance receipt can be provided
One on on physiotherapy sessions with Myranda related to LIFT @ home can be used to help you:
💫 vision, goal set and work through barriers that may be challenging your movement, strength, confidence and health
🏋️♀️ clarify exercise technique or receive more individualized exercises to add or replace within LIFT @ home programs
💪 create time for you to workout with guidance, “personal training” physio session vibes
☀️ address any pain or symptoms with exercise or adjustments to behaviors (example: ways to increase fluids)

‼️Saskatchewan residents have the option to submit receipts for 3rd party physiotherapy benefit reimbursement
