Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep,” is a guided meditation practiced lying down. It gently brings the body into deep rest while the mind remains aware, allowing the nervous system to reset, tension to unwind, and the body to access a state of true restoration.
As you settle into stillness, you’ll be immersed in a live sound journey; layered tones and vibrations that help quiet mental chatter, soothe the stress response, and guide you even deeper into relaxation.
