Suspended in Sound – Winter Solstice Edition!

Float into stillness this season with Suspended in Sound, a deeply immersive 360° sound bath experience where waves of live sound wash over and around you as you rest weightlessly in an aerial hammock.

This winter solstice session is designed to help you pause, reset, and reconnect with your own inner glow during one of the busiest seasons of the year.

Are you ready to be guided to your own internal haven?
No experience is needed. Just lie back, relax, and allow the soothing sounds to wash over you. Erin, a certified Sound Therapy Practitioner, uses carefully selected instruments and frequencies to calm the nervous system, ease anxiety, depression, and fatigue, and support deep relaxation. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, balanced, and rejuvenated.

🕒 Schedule
• Doors open at 2:45 PM for early settling in
• Session runs 3:00–4:30 PM
• Doors remain open until 4:45 PM for those who wish to stay a little longer and integrate

What to Bring:
Everything you need is provided — mats, blankets, bolsters, and eye masks. You’re also welcome to bring water or your own favorite blanket or pillow for extra comfort.

Suspended in Sound — SOLD OUT! 🤯❤️

Every single session — including the extra Winter Solstice time I added before even posting about it — is now fully booked! 🥹 My heart is overflowing with gratitude. I’m beyond amazed by the incredible interest and support for this truly transformational experience.

Because so many of you have reached out wanting to join, I’m creating a waitlist and working with the studio to open a few more sessions to meet our community’s needs. 🤗

(For those who would love an alternative to this event, I also offer private sound sessions in my cozy home studio here in Saskatoon — complete with heated floors, soft mats, and a serene atmosphere where you can fully unwind. These sessions are tailored to your unique needs and are available for individuals, couples, besties, and groups.)

This offering is one of my biggest passions, and I feel deeply honoured to share the magic of therapeutic sound in such an immersive, authentic way — right here in Saskatoon (and across Saskatchewan). Seeing the transformation that happens in these sessions truly humbles me every single time.

Wednesday, October 29 | 7:00–8:00 PM
$35 per adult | $15 per child

Come in your coziest pajamas or onesie, bring your favourite pillow, blanket, and slippers, and snuggle in for a spooky yet soothing evening of sound!

This isn’t your average pajama party — it’s a family-friendly sound bath that blends Halloween fun with deep relaxation. Gentle, therapeutic sounds help calm the nervous system, lower cortisol, and prepare the body for a deep and restful night’s sleep.

The session wraps up by 8 PM — just in time to head home, tuck in, and drift peacefully to sleep. 🌙

💤 Recommended for ages 10+ (parent discretion for their child to be able to lay still for up to an hour)
