I’m delighted to share with everyone here my return to practice part time starting March 31st.
I will be retuning to SELF Wellness Mondays and every second Tuesday.

MATERNITY LEAVE ANNOUNCEMENT 📣🍼

As of TODAY (September 20th, 2023), I have only 3️⃣ months remaining before I will be off for maternity leave.
My dates away from work begin DECEMBER 20th 2023, until at least March 2024.

I do plan to have some weekend availability during this time, and possibly an evening here or there in the future.

As I’m sure everyone knows, I absolutely adore what I do. I am so grateful to be able to meet, help and connect with each individual that walks into my treatment space. My work truly fills my cup each and every day 🥰❤️.

For numerous reasons, this will be a tricky transition for me. That said, I have never felt more ready for any challenge in my life, and I absolutely CANNOT WAIT to be a mother.

Until I am off - please remember you can text me, email me or go online to book at either location. I anticipate appointment times filling VERY quickly.

Once I have started my maternity leave - anyone is welcome to inquire about availability. I also encourage the use of my online booking platform (for my home location) as I will be adding a few dates as I see fit.

I ask that during this time, clients continue to give me the grace that they have so generously demonstarated.
I apologize if I have moved any appointments that may have been disruptive to your day. Turns out pregnancy isn’t always a walk in the park, and comes with quite a few of my own appointments 😂

Hi, again 👋

After an extremely busy spring and a lengthy (&dreamy) trip across the north west - Vancouver up to Anchorage, AK - I am back on my socials.

If I am being honest -
VISIBILITY, in terms of Social Media, has never been one of my passions.

However, this month I have committed to engaging myself more in the online community.
Just as I love to hear and see what you are all up to, I believe it is important for me to share some of my life & business updates.

✨100 DAYS OF CROSSFIT 💪

This morning marked 100 days since I joined this loving, supportive, encouraging, sick & twisted community 😂

& I love it.

There is something INCREDIBLE about carving an hour into your day, where you get to be the absolute best version of yourself.

Thanks CrossFit 306 for the wild ride so far - AND the sweet new lunch bag.

I decided to follow my gut and create more freedom and growth for myself. 👊

•I began working from the coziness of my own home

In the 7 months since making these huge leaps, I have had the pleasure of treating 2️⃣0️⃣5️⃣ of you LOVELY humans, throughout 5️⃣7️⃣1️⃣ appointments.

I am a little late for a ‘Happy New Year’
