After losing my brother and my dad, I learned how heavy grief can be — how it weaves into your days, your thoughts, and your heart.

It’s a journey no one should have to walk alone.

Reiki has been a beautiful support for me in this healing journey — offering peace, lightness, and moments of deep connection when the world felt too heavy.

Through gentle energy work, Reiki helps soften the ache, calm the mind, and open the heart to healing.

💛Hi friends! It’s been a minute💛​​​​​​​​

I’m going to be very candid here. Healing isn’t always love and light and supposed to feel good. It puts your out of your comfort zone and really shifts you into a different being. ​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
I knew this void time was coming when my dad was getting more sick. I went from planting my garden with him in May to having an awesome camping trip Canada Day with the family (his last time at the lake) to him passing on July 19th. I went back home to my parents to settle the energy in their house and to start my grieving process. ​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
While I was away from my partner it became really apparent that I was dating a narcissist who even with the death of my dad, made everything about him. I returned to Saskatoon to break the cycle days later. It wasn’t working .. the relationship wasn’t healthy so I requested him to move out. It was time. ​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
For those of you who held space for me during this time….THANK YOU❤️ It wasn’t easy to find my strength some days. ​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
Months later I sit here and can say that I have found my footing and have started to create a new foundation. I have fu***ng cried.. A LOT and have released the one thing that had me second guessing my power. I love creating sacred space in my home not only for me but for you when you come for in person sessions. I may not be perfect, and have a large to-do list but I am me and I have reclaimed my sovereignty. ❤️ ​​​​​​​​
