Hoffer Denture & Implant Solutions is happy to announce that we are taking patients under the new Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP)🥳🎉🇨🇦. We are available to answer any additional questions in the office or by phone at 306-955-3366. Please note: in concordance with program rules, we may only manufacture complete replacement dentures at this time, not partial or immediate dentures.

We are looking for a motivated and friendly receptionist to join our team at Hoffer Denture & Implant Solutions. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere. Your exceptional communication skills and attention to detail will ensure smooth operations in our office.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor
Schedule appointments and manage the appointment book
Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries promptly and professionally
Verify and update patient information in the system
Process billing and insurance information accurately
Handle administrative tasks to support the office as needed

Requirements:
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in using office software and phone systems
Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures (preferred but not required)
Empathy and a genuine desire to help others
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
