Our Fall Class Schedule (September 2 - December 20) will open for booking via Mindbody and our website starting August 15th.

Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced classes are still 17 week long progressive series which will start the first week in September. These classes no longer require you to attend for the whole series, allowing for pop ins as available for more flexibility.

We’ve got classes for all fitness levels and goals and we can’t wait to see your smiling face all fall 🍁

We recommend booking your fave classes asap to avoid disappointment!

Meet your Instructor, Jocelyn!

You’ll find Jocelyn teaching Yin Yoga Friday’s at 12:15.

Jocelyn grew up in small-town Saskatchewan and spent her life as a competitive figure skater. After sustaining head injuries, she turned to yoga and meditation as a path to healing—physically and mentally.

Five years into her own practice, inspired by the profound impact it had on her well-being, she began teaching to help others reconnect with their bodies through movement and breathwork.

Jocelyn is passionate about creating a safe, inclusive space where yoga is truly for every body. Her favourite styles are Yin and Restorative—and she’ll never say no to chips and guac 🥑!

Meet your Instructor, Tasha!

If you’ve been lucky enough to get into one of Tasha’s ever popular Pilates Mat Mix, Sweat or Bodhi classes you’ll know that they are fun, social and keep you on your toes!

Tasha will not only give you a great class experience but she’ll remember your cousins name and follow up to see how your time was at the lake last weekend lol.

Fun fact: When Lead was at risk of losing its owner, Tasha stepped up and took it over. So, it’s not unusual to see her zipping around getting things done or unintentionally modeling all the new clothing we have for sale.

Her favorite class to teach is a tie between Sweat and Bodhi and she loves going to any of the Group Equipment classes she can.

Her fave snack? Licorice!

Meet your Instructor, Melissa

You’ll find her teaching Group Equipment, Pilates Mat, Arc, MOTR and more!

Melissa decided she wanted to do Pilates after injuring her back. A comment from her physiotherapist, “You have an old spine for your age,” made her realize that she needed to make some lifestyle changes to preventing an injury like this from happening, again. She took her first Pilates class in 2016 and has been a Pilates enthusiast ever since.

What she loves about Pilates is that these exercises and movements that have the ability to transform the body. She has said about herself, “If my old body and my new [Pilates] body were to pass each other on the street, the two wouldn’t recognize each other.”

Her favorite Joe Pilates quote is, ‘Physical fitness can neither be achieved by wishful thinking, nor outright purchase.’ It reminds her that you have to put the time in if you want results and success.

One of Melissa’s favorite things to do (other than Pilates) is sit on her deck and take in the morning sun with a cup of plain old black coffee.

Her fave snack? Cookies! Particularly chocolate chip!

Fave class: “I don’t have a favorite class because I love all the classes because every level and every class has something to new to teach you. You just need to go deep and have an imagination!”

Meet your Instructor, Tatum

You’ll find Tatum teaching all levels of Group Equipment classes + the Athletic Reformer Mix class.

Tatum has been doing Pilates as a training method for her dancing almost her whole life. She has been surrounded by Pilates as her mom is also an instructor. She is excited to now be a teacher and bring her own style of teaching to LEAD.

Fav snack: tru fru chocolate covered strawberries😋
