Please be advised of our Cancellation Policy update.

24 hours notice is required if you wish to cancel or change your massage therapy appointment. Appointment reminders are sent out 48 hours in advance. When you book an appointment with Complete Care & Wellness, that time is set aside for you. Please understand that a missed appointment prevents other clients in need of massage therapy from receiving a treatment. If no notice is given payment in FULL for your missed treatment will be issued.

10 years ago I made the decision to open Complete Care and Wellness. It was a very big decision at the time and one I am so proud I did. I always say "I love what I do" and these words are so true. I am honored to be chosen by my clients to give them the massage therapy they need. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. So many of you have become like family over my 23 years of being a RMT.

I am grateful to all my colleagues I have worked with over the years. I have been very fortunate to work along side some pretty amazing individuals.

A special thank you to Mike for the love and support throughout this journey and in our lives. Also to Bohdy and Cazda who are always willing to receive a massage to make sure I don't lose my touch. 😉
