Tough workout today but hit some PB’s!! That was exciting and happy I got me some wicked recovery. Molecular hydrogen is insane for my post workout muscles. Now for my favourite iced coffee shake and my body is one happy camper today.

Seriously my new favourite product. After just a couple of days i feel the difference in my skin. Hydrating with Dead Sea water and essential oils, not to mention the peptide technology to help my wrinkles 🤣🤣 can’t wait to spread it to the masses when it releases for all March 15th!!
