Waking up and your shoulder just… won’t move?
It often starts like this:
You reach overhead… and something catches. You try to hook your bra… and it hurts. Sleeping on that side? Impossible.
Then slowly…
Your shoulder stops moving the way it used to.
This is what many people experience in their 40s and 50s, what’s often labeled as frozen shoulder.
But here’s what I want you to know:
💬 Your body isn’t breaking
💬 It’s adapting
💬 It’s protecting
And pushing through the pain… or completely avoiding movement…
usually keeps the cycle going.
In my work, we don’t force the shoulder.
We listen to the body
We create safety in the nervous system. We release the deeper patterns that are holding you there.
And from there… movement begins to return. Gently. Gradually. Sustainably.

My sessions are offered in a package of 4 (this is where the real change happens).
