These are questions I have been pondering lately and thought I’d ask you to check in with yourself too!
I have been feeling extremely off since October; I messed up my lower back and it has been giving me grief since, my teeth/jaw started swelling and hurting shortly after, and I have been having random anxiety attacks lately.
I have been trying to determine if these upcomings are plain physical, mental/emotional, or spiritual related; and my conclusion is it’s a little bit of all aspects of my health.
The main thing that comes up when connecting with myself is not loving myself fully and not practicing enough self care as I could be.
When looking back at my transition to my move to Winnipeg, I didn’t give my nervous system time to adjust and build a routine, and I believe that is catching up with me now.
So to help try to relieve my system, I need to start creating my practice again.
This includes moving my body more mindfully, connecting with loved ones and others for support, hydrating more, eating more wholesome foods, spending more time outside, and doing more of what makes me happy! 😊
This is your reminder to stick to your own practice and listen to your body!
Do things that make you feel good and bring you joy!
And remember you are not alone in this journey of life and healing! 💛
