Happy New Year 🤍

This past year has been the most transformative season of growth in my career. I invested in my education—expanding my training in TMJD/Myosculpt and facial acupuncture while also doing meaningful personal work behind the scenes…there was a deep shift in mindset , focusing on intention, alignment, and trust, & allowing growth to unfold without forcing it. I allowed my practice to evolve in ways that felt both grounded & aligned✨

Thank you to every client who supported and trusted me through this season of change. I’m so grateful for this community and excited to continue growing in the year ahead.🫶✨

Hey everyone! I figured it was time for a little intro 🤍
This is me and my family — three busy littles who keep me running (ifykyk!) and my incredibly supportive husband.

I’ve been an RMT for 13 years and have practiced Medical Acupuncture for 11. Over the last few years, I felt a pull for growth, something more aligned with the work I truly love… and that led me into advanced facial massage, TMJD work, and facial rejuvenation acupuncture.

That training pushed me to take a leap and join Revive Wellness, where we specialize in facial massage, TMJD, and facial acupuncture among other things — and it’s busy for a reason ☺️

A big part of why I’m so passionate about this? I’ve lived it.
I’ve struggled with osteoarthritis + TMJ issues my whole adult life, and later developed Ménière’s disease, which resulted in complete permanent hearing loss in one ear. Experiencing chronic vertigo, tinnitus, overstimulation and its impact firsthand gave me such a personal connection to this work.

Seeing how these treatments can genuinely change people’s lives — reduce pain, restore function, bring comfort back into their day — it validates everything and reminds me exactly why I do what I do.

Oh — and because life wasn’t busy enough — I also recently started a jewelry brand

Starting next week, I’ll be practicing at Revive Wellness!
This move allows me to be part of a wellness community that truly aligns with my values—nervous system regulation, elevated healing spaces, and ultimate rejuvenation.

I’ll continue to focus on my TMJD specialty and face therapeutics through both therapeutic and cosmetic acupuncture. I will be temporary closing my books to NEW therapeutic massage clients as I will continue to treat my clients but welcome new medical acupuncture & face therapeutics!

I can’t wait to welcome you into this new space! 💫
