What a Year It’s Been! 🎉

This past year has been a wild ride — filled with plenty of laughter, a few tears, and countless learning moments as we (Danielle & Denise) stepped into our new roles as business owners.

We’re incredibly grateful for the support we’ve received along the way. A huge thank-you to our amazing General Manager, Ruth, and the entire PPC team — your dedication, passion, and heart have made all the difference.

💛 A special shoutout to our families — your love, patience, and encouragement have made this transition not just possible, but worthwhile.

As we look ahead, we’re excited to continue the legacy of PPC while also forging our own unique path. Great things are on the horizon, and we can’t wait to share them with you!

Today, we pause to recognize World Su***de Prevention Day — a time to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and remind one another that hope and help are always possible.

Every life is valuable. For many, mental health struggles can feel overwhelming and isolating. On this day, we stand with those who are hurting, those who have lost loved ones to su***de, and those walking the path toward healing.

You are not alone.
Whether you’re supporting someone else or navigating your own pain, your story matters. There is strength in reaching out, and there is courage in continuing on.

If you’re struggling, please know that help is available. Talk to a friend, a counselor, a family member — or call a crisis line. There is no shame in needing support.

We’d love to introduce you to the two amazing women who keep everything running smoothly at PPC!

Ruth – Our General Manager and longtime team leader. With years of experience and deep knowledge of our processes, Ruth has been a guiding force behind our operations.

Oyun – The newest addition to the team! Oyun brings a breath of fresh air, a sharp eye for detail, and a positive energy that’s already made such a difference. We’re so lucky to have her on board!

Together, Ruth and Oyun make up our admin dream team, helping clients with:

Save your Credit Card Information in your Jane account! Then, after your session you can simply call or email us to give your permission to charge the card on file. (If your session is in person, we do appreciate you stopping at Reception to pay with your physical card when possible.)

Jane uses the same level of encryption as major banks, so your data is in safe hands. 💕

When a client enters their credit card into Jane, that information is never stored on Jane’s servers. It’s instantly and securely passed to a payment processing partners via encrypted transfer. These partners are PCI-compliant (that’s the highest standard for handling payment data), and they’re the ones who store the card details, not Jane.

Jane only keeps the last 4 digits and expiry date so we can identify which card was added. Behind the scenes, the partner sends back an encrypted token (basically a secure placeholder) that lets Jane charge the card later or issue a refund—without ever accessing the full card number. And that token can’t be used anywhere else! 🔐
