We do this by helping you to clarify the problem and we work with you to create solutions that work for you. Remember, early intervention can mean the difference between solving a problem and going through a long period of struggle with a difficult situation. If a problem bothers you, it is real. 🌟 Feature Friday🌟

We’re excited to welcome Andrea as she joins us at the tail end of her second graduate degree — a Master of Counselling. She is anticipating receiving her Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) designation in the coming months.

While Andrea is newer to the counselling field, she brings with her a rich background in education and dispute resolution. This diverse experience informs her approach and enhances her ability to support clients with insight and empathy. Andrea is passionate about providing compassionate, client-centered care and looks forward to integrating her skills in meaningful ways.

Just because you can take something on doesn’t mean it’s wise to do so. Having the skills or knowledge doesn’t automatically mean you have the space— mentally, emotionally, or physically — to follow through without cost.
