Hard to believe it’s the July long weekend, the wrap up of school, and the start of holidays for many of us.
Online classes are continuing so even as you travel you can make time to practice. If your heading to the lake and you want to grab a couple classes while there message about doing just a few, morning yoga classes are the best way to start your day and often the nicest ☀️ part of the day!

Excited to be leading this workshop which came out of discussions after classes about poses. Here’s your chance to bring your questions, it’s going to be small group so lots of time to increase your understanding of the postures .

Repost from using Use this workshop with , to zero in on your understanding of alignment and form in a traditional vinyasa/flow class. So often we move through the postures too quickly. This is your chance to get a better understanding of the postures, modifications and options within a pose. These options will increase the balance of strength, stretch, stability and ease for you.

We will breakdown down dog, chatarunga, updog/cobra, warrior 1 & 2 as well as high lunge. Understanding these postures in full detail will inform your entire practice.

All levels welcome! Come with your Questions!

The beauty of your home practice is it goes with you. These online classes have allowed me to travel with my students (decks in Mexico, the lake, AZ just to name a few) and for them to travel with me a few hotel room classes😉
My practice no matter where I am always makes for a better day, creating space to show up on your mat a few days a week is all you need.
Online classes run

Yin Mon/Wed 7:45 pm
Classes can be mixed yin and flow or one, three or more classes a week. Recording are always available.
